Hank Feibusch is a Managing Director and leads LaSalle’s Due Diligence team. He is responsible for ensuring that appropriate physical and environmental due diligence investigations are conducted for all of LaSalle’s North America acquisitions, and that proper climate risk and sustainability considerations are evaluated. He has worked on acquisitions in excess of US $20 billion in total asset value, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets, as well as numerous JV land development projects. In addition, Hank serves as a subject matter expert/advisor on capital projects on managed assets.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Hank was employed by a real estate due diligence consulting firm where he oversaw the performance and productivity of over 60 consulting architects and engineers working in remote offices throughout the US. He also introduced and managed an ISO 9002 Quality Management System (QMS). He performed and managed hundreds of phase I and II environmental property investigations for a variety of national clients.
Hank received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP).
