Chris Psaras is a Senior Strategist in LaSalle’s European Research and Strategy team based in
London. His main responsibilities include coverage of the office sector, advising on strategies and
transactions for various funds and accounts. He also supports new business initiatives and capital
raising by providing tailored market intelligence and delivering thought-leadership ideas to develop new business opportunities across the region. To this end, Chris works closely with several teams across London, Munich, Paris and elsewhere around the world.
Prior to joining LaSalle in 2013, Chris started his career in the real estate industry as a Research
Analyst at DTZ in 2011, where he covered UK occupier and investment markets and contributed to
the production of thematic research reports.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Geography, Business and the Environment from the
University of Nottingham and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
