Elaine Han joined LaSalle Global Solutions in 2018 as an assistant fund manager and was promoted to Fund Manager in 2020 and Senior Fund Manager in 2022. She has been a key team member in executing the firm’s fund-of-funds and co-investment strategy in Asia, across key gateway locations in Asia Pacific including Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne and Seoul. She is also the portfolio manager of a few Asia based mandates and oversees the performance of existing funds and has led the dispositions of various investments.
Elaine’s career in Real Estate began in 2010. Before joining LaSalle, Elaine served as Vice President in Alpha Investment Partners (a Singapore-based real estate private equity firm under Keppel Capital). She was managing a portfolio of assets across the sectors of Office, Residential, Retail, Industrial, which includes the implementation of asset enhancement strategies, leasing, sales, and marketing. She was also involved in the investment and divestment of more than US$2 billion transactions in China, Singapore and Japan.
She holds both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economy from the Renmin University of China.
