Matt Wapelhorst is a Senior Analyst on the Investor Relations team. He supports the team by fielding incoming client requests, tracking fundraising activities, as well as marketing presentations for new or existing clients and consultants.
Prior to his role on investor relations, Matt built a foundation of knowledge for the commercial real estate industry working in LaSalle’s Research and Strategy team for over three years. He also worked at a Chicago-based appraisal firm where he produced a range of reports based on market data at the local, regional, metro and national level for properties across the United States.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs (Public Financial Management) from Indiana University.
