Rosanna Phillips

Rosanna Phillips is a Managing Director in the European Debt Team and is primarily responsible for overseeing legal matters across debt transactions. She is involved at all stages of a debt transaction from structuring and evaluation to negotiation and execution of transaction documentation and any related loan on loan financing. Rosanna also works closely alongside our asset management teams throughout the life cycle of an investment and oversees restructurings.

Prior to joining LaSalle, Rosanna spent over 10 years at Linklaters LLP where she specialized in real estate finance with a particular focus on structured transactions. She has extensive experience advising creditors throughout the capital structure on domestic and cross border transactions across a range of asset classes.

Rosanna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law from Cambridge University.
