Nathan Jackson is a Director in the European Debt Investments platform and is responsible for originating, negotiating and executing debt transactions including both mainstream real estate asset classes and operational and alternative asset classes across the UK and Europe. This covers a range of debt product types such as whole loans, development facilities and mezzanine loans. Nathan is also the Assistant Fund Manager for the LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies (“LREDS”) fund series targeting higher-yielding returns.
Nathan joined LaSalle in 2019 and has been working in the real estate industry since 2007. He was previously responsible for underwriting, executing and syndicating senior and junior real estate loans for Société Générale, London Branch covering UK and pan-European transactions. Prior to Société Générale, he was in BNP Paribas’ UK real estate finance team where he worked on secured and unsecured senior loans for real estate sponsors investing in the UK.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Sir John Cass Business School and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
