David Ironside is the Fund Manager for Encore+, LaSalle’s Continental European open-end real estate fund. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Fund. David has held numerous senior positions for LaSalle across Continental Europe over his long tenure including Investment Officer of LaSalle’s Continental European Business, Managing Director of the LaSalle GmbH and Head of Strategic Partnerships in Continental Europe.
Prior to joining LaSalle David spent four years at Bayernfonds/Real I.S. AG, the subsidiary of Bayerische Landesbank, and was responsible for foreign acquisitions.
David holds a BSc in Land Economics with Commendation from Paisley College of Technology. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
