Alfreda Delle

Alfreda (Freda) Delle is a Portfolio Manager at LaSalle. Freda is a key relationship manager for some of LaSalle’s largest and longest-standing institutional clients. She has experience investing across a broad range of risk profiles and product types, as well as sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing joint venture and partnership relationships with real estate operating companies.

Since joining the firm, Freda has successfully taken on a succession of roles with expanded oversight and responsibility. Before her current position, Freda served as a Portfolio Manager in LaSalle’s co-investment business. Following the acquisition of Aviva Investors’ multi-manager business, the platforms combined to form LaSalle’s indirect investing division, LaSalle Global Solutions. She joined the firm in 2010, having previously spent her summer MBA internship in 2009 with LaSalle’s Research and Strategy team.

Freda earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce/Finance from the University of Virginia.
