LaSalle appoints Kristina Heuberger as U.S. Head of Asset Management
CHICAGO July 2, 2015 – LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announces the appointment of Kristina Heuberger as U.S. Head of Asset Management.
LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announces the appointment of Kristina Heuberger as U.S. Head of Asset Management. This is a newly-created position, reporting into Jason Kern, Chief Executive Officer, Americas. Kristina’s role was effective June 29th, 2015.
Ms. Heuberger will oversee the asset management function across a U.S. portfolio comprised of more than 230 commercial assets and in excess of 70mm square feet. She will help develop and deliver on strategic operating plans for these assets in line with LaSalle’s focus on investment performance and best-in-class service for its clients. Ms. Heuberger will also join the Americas Private Equity Management Board.

Ms. Heuberger joins LaSalle from GE Capital Real Estate where she held several leadership roles, including leading Midwest Regional Sales and U.S. Equity Asset Management groups. Most recently, she served as the firm's Chief Marketing Officer for the North America region.
With more than 18 years of experience in real estate spanning asset management, transaction execution, operations, marketing, strategy setting, process improvement and debt structuring/origination, Kristy brings to LaSalle a depth and breadth of experience, a demonstrated track record and a passion for real estate, management and mentoring.
