Uwe Rempis is one of the Managing Directors and Head of Fund Management at LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbh, LaSalle’s German AIFM in Munich. He is also the Fund Manager for LaSalle E-REGI. He assumed this role in July, 2016. From 2009 until June 2016, Uwe was Head of Asset Management for Northern Europe at LaSalle GmbH (Munich) where he was responsible for all sales activities within the region, the expansion of the asset management platform within the region as well as streamlining the pan-European property management setup. Uwe joined LaSalle in 2007 as Associate Director with the Acquisitions team in Munich, covering Germany and Scandinavia. In 2008, he took over asset management responsibility for the Nordics. He was a member of the Global Sustainability Board until 2011 and is a member of the European Asset Management Board and Diversity Board.
Prior to joining LaSalle, Uwe served 10 years at Allianz Real Estate in Stuttgart, Germany, where he worked as Asset and Transaction Manager
Uwe has a BA from the University of Nürtingen and is Immobilienökonom (EBS). He is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
