LaSalle lets at record rent in Wimbledon

LONDON February 26, 2015 – LaSalle Investment Management has announced a new letting at their Wimbledon office property, Connect House, SW19 7JY to accountants WSM Partners at a record rent of £42 per square feet.

The tenant, who has relocated from other accommodation in Wimbledon, has signed for a 10 year lease without breaks on 5,344 sq ft on the third floor of the building which has been comprehensively refurbished.

Connect House comprises a self-contained office building of 21,349 sq ft. which has been comprehensively refurbished to provide a Grade A specification. The property is at the heart of Wimbledon's business district and immediately adjacent to Wimbledon Station with 23 onsite parking spaces.

Wimbledon Town Centre offers a wide range of high street retailing, restaurants and bars on the doorstep of Connect House. At the top of the hill, Wimbledon Village offers a broad variety of shopping, leisure and dining choices.
