Separate Accounts
For clients wishing to invest in the publicly quoted real estate securities market, LaSalle manages separate accounts invested in European real estate securities, North American REITs and Asian real estate securities. As of March 31, 2008, LaSalle Investment Management Securities had $9.8 billion of assets under management globally. All of our separate accounts are customised for each investor and can either pursue a broadly diversified investment strategy on a regional or global basis, or a more narrowly focused investment strategy through a tactical specialised account.

LaSalle's Global Real Estate Securities Strategy started in February 2002 and today has over $6.1 billion.
