LaSalle Investment Management was formed during the 1999 merger of Jones Lang Wootton and LaSalle Partners to Jones Lang LaSalle. LaSalle was formed out of the two companies' investment management groups (JLW Fund Management and LaSalle Advisors Capital Management) which had been operating since 1980. LaSalle has actively partcipated in both the private and publicly listed real estate markets across Europe and North America for over 25 years and in Asia Pacific since 2000.
