OBJECTIVE OF ROLE |
|
Working as part of the Global MarCom team and Global Client Services team to develop and execute the Asia Pacific marketing plan. Management of marketing efforts includes event organization, collateral development, website and database management, support of business development activities, and internal and client communications. |

|
ACCOUNTABILITIES |
|
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Global MarCom team and Client Services team to develop the Asia Pacific marketing plan in line with business objectives and global marketing strategy
- Organize and take responsibility for client events – seminars, entertainment, web conference calls – by selecting venues, coordinating e-mailings/mailings, developing event collaterals, on-site logistics and working closely with the business to ensure event goals and objectives are achieved – measuring success of events through attendance, surveys etc.
- Identify and monitor, for both LaSalle and our competitors, conference sponsorship and speaking opportunities in line with business objectives
- Work with joint venture partners to ensure joint materials represent the LaSalle Investment Management brand
- Manage, track and record marketing budget and spend
- Assist internal communications and public relations by sourcing news items, such as transactions announcements and personnel changes
- Act as Content Manager in Asia Pacific for Delphi site, LaSalle Investment Management’s Intranet and knowledge centre
- Act as Content Manager in Asia Pacific for the Global Client Services OneView site and ensure local use of Satuit (LaSalle’s CRM program)
- Act as Content Manager in Asia Pacific for GCS www.lasalle.com
- Ensure that all marketing materials represent the LaSalle Investment Management brand
- Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed

- Five years of related experience
