The Collective Investment Scheme “Tishman Speyer French Venture” has purchased the Olympe building in Paris from a company managed by LaSalle Investment Management.

This building, located opposite the Stade de France in Saint Denis, was completed in July 2006. It comprises 16,000 m² of offices and 318 parking spaces. It is mainly leased to BNP Paribas and DOW.

The acquirer was advised by Wargny Katz, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Accuracy.

The seller was advised by Lavigne & Roux Associates and Clifford Chance.
