Comprising some 20,600 metres squared, this ten year lease with one prolongation option for additional five years represents one of the largest lettings in the Munich municipal area in recent years.
In November, 2011, the distribution subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus AG, MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH, as well as MAN Finance International GmbH, and sections of the company headquarters of MAN SE, will relocated to the office buildings “be blue & be green” in Parkstadt-Schwabing.
The properties are let by LaSalle German Income & Growth Fund and will be managed by LaSalle Investment Management. The fund acquired the two assets in 2010 from the developers Optima and IKR, who will also be in charge of the interior fittings and the implementation of MAN’s requirements.

With the completion of this letting, the two assets comprising a total of 24,900 metres squared are now almost fully let. In the Munich region alone, LaSalle Investment Management has been able to let almost 40,000 metres squared of office space during the last year in properties owned by LaSalle German Income & Growth Fund.
