LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announces that it has completed a new letting with B&M Retail (“B&M”) in Swindon.

LaSalle has signed a ten year lease with B&M, one of the leading variety retailers in the UK, which is located in one of the two retail warehouses LaSalle manage on Country Road, Swindon.

The unit consists of 14,977 square feet and is the second letting to be completed by LaSalle on the estate after agreeing a lease with Go Outdoors. These two deals have repositioned the park via capital commitments on refurbishment work and extending the unexpired lease term from three to over 12 years.

Shaun Reed at LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are delighted with this letting at the estate, being the second surrender and new letting we’ve completed, following an earlier deal with Go Outdoors to take a 15 year lease for around 30,000 square feet.”
