LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announces that it has completed its second letting at Century House South, Riverside Office Centre, North Station Road in Colchester.
A ten year lease has been signed with the Royal Association for Deaf People (“RAD”), an organisation which strives to meet the individual needs of deaf children, adults and deafblind people through the provision of services and the use of RAD Centres for Deaf People for the 3,968 square foot first floor office building. The deal means that RAD will relocate from their out of town headquarter offices to a more central location.
Riverside Office Centre is located midway between Colchester town centre and the mainline railway station, which offers a direct service to Liverpool Street, London.
The office suites are mainly open plan with suspended ceilings incorporating low brightness recessed lighting, double glazed windows, and gas fired central heating.
Edd Fitch, asset manager at LaSalle Investment Management said: “We are delighted to welcome RAD to Riverside Office Park. The office suites are very competitively priced and have excellent facilities. The deal also represents our first letting completed by our new agent joint agents Whybrows and Newman Commercial and we look forward to working more closely with them in the future.”
