LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”), in conjunction with Fasset, today announces the letting of 18,775 square feet of office space in Langstone Technology Park [LTP], Havant, Hampshire.

Scottish & Southern Energy Services Plc. (“SSE”), the FTSE 100 company and an existing tenant, has  signed a six year lease for an additional 18,775 square feet of office space in buildings 5000 and 6000 at a rent of over £150,000 per annum.

This letting brings the space leased in the last 12 months at the Park to nearly 130,000 square feet; other recent lettings include: Peer 1 UK, ARM, ITS, Saacke and Seaflame, together with a children’s nursery operated by Nursery Rhymes.
