On behalf of its LaSalle Income and Growth fund (LGIG), LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle) has leased another 350 metres squared to the IT Service Provider adesso AG in the so-called ECC – Electronic Commerce Center – in Stockholmer Allee 24 in Dortmund, extending their total lease by another five years.  adesso now occupies around 3800 metres squared including the 350 m² of expansion space in the 4-storey building that was erected in 1999/2000 and has a total floor space of 6.500 metres squared.

By extending the lease contract adesso makes a clear commitment to this location setting the course for the future. A second major tenant of the fully let ECE is the telecommunications provider DOKOM 21, who have leased the remaining 40 % of the property on a long term basis.
