LaSalle Investment Management today announces that it has completed the acquisition of Pontarddulais Retail Park, Swansea, on behalf of BAE Systems 2000.

The scheme consists of 80,000 square feet and is located four miles north west of the city centre on the A483 Pontarddulais Road. It comprises of nine tenancies, including M&S Simply Food, Pets at Home, Argos, Laura Ashley, and DSG.  In addition, two new lettings have just concluded with Hobby Craft, UK’s largest craft supplies, art materials and inspiration for over 250 different Arts and Crafts activities, and discount store chain Poundworld.
