LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announced that it has leased Unit 4, Centre 27, Leeds to Henry Schein UK Holdings Limited (“Henry Schein”). The letting is on behalf of one of its private clients.
The detached office unit is located within Centre 27 opposite Birstall Retail Park. The deal represents a five year lease at £20,223 per annum (£9.00 per square foot). The site has already attracted some high profile occupiers such as Lloyds TSB, and Freedom Communications.
Following the letting Sanderson Weatherall has been appointed as joint agents alongside Jones Lang LaSalle. LaSalle has recently appointed the property agent to help market the last of the remaining vacant space in the retail park.
