LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announced the letting of an industrial warehouse building, in Sheaf Close, Lodge Farm, Northampton on behalf of Coal Pension Properties.
The warehouse comprises 4,180 sq m (45,000 sq ft) and has been let for 10 years to Sue Ryder Care, a national charity providing health and social care services in local communities.
