PANASONIC France SAS, advised by Jones Lang LaSalle, has leased approximately 3,500 metres squared of office space.

A leading French industrial company, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has also signed for approximately 1,700 metres squared of space at the property located 1-7, rue du 19 mars 1962 à Gennevilliers.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman and Wakefield also advised the owner in both transactions.

These two companies will join in 2011 LE DELAGE's existing tenants GRT GAZ and TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING”.
