Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz Appointed as European MD
LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”) today announced that Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz has been appointed with immediate effect to the newly-created role of Managing Director, Europe, and will be the newest member of the Global Management Committee.
Based in London and reporting to Simon Marrison, Chief Executive Officer, Europe, Susan will be responsible for continuing to shape and evolve LaSalle’s business strategy as well as exploring opportunities to grow the business and take advantage of a European recovery in real estate. She will also have executive responsibility for the core investment accounts and funds business lines. Susan joins LaSalle with more than 20 years experience in real estate, having held a number of senior positions within the real estate and asset management industry across the globe; most recently as Managing Director, Special Situations Strategy, with Macquarie Group in London.

Prior to Macquarie Group, Susan worked for Lend Lease in the USA and Australia. Her final role for the firm involved leading the acquisition of the Rosen Consulting Group in the USA after which she took on the role of CEO, responsible for the overall management, profitability and direction of the firm.
