Lynn served as CEO of LaSalle Investment Management from 1994 to 2006. She was CEO of Alex Brown, Kleinwort Benson (ABKB) Realty Advisors at the time of the merger with LaSalle Partners in 1994. Before joining ABKB in 1992, Lynn was a Principal at Morgan Stanley working in real estate and asset management.

 

Lynn has chaired the Pension Real Estate Association and is currently a member of the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council. She has a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

 

Before being appointed Global CEO in January 2007, Jeff was Regional CEO for LaSalle in Europe. He has more than 20 years of property investment and transactions experience. From 1986 to 1997, Jeff was at LaSalle Partners working on acquisitions, sales financing and restructuring; he initiated the firm’s successful CMBS investment program. He rejoined LaSalle in 2000, after a period as Managing Director of Security Capital Group.

 

Jeff is a member of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Global Executive Committee and its Co-Investment Capital Allocation Committee. He sits on LaSalle’s three regional Investment Committees. He has a MA and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

 

Kim is responsible for financial management, human resources, client accounting and reporting, information technology and business operations. He joined LaSalle Partners in 1982, working in the property management group for eight years before moving into investment management, where he served as head of Portfolio Management. He became LaSalle’s COO in 2001.

 

Before joining LaSalle Kim was of Director of Johnson, Johnson & Roy, a consulting company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has an MA in Urban Planning and a BA from the University of Michigan.

 

Jacques leads LaSalle’s Research and Strategy team, analyzing capital markets, economies and property around the world. He serves on the firm’s Management Committee, the Investment Committees for Asia and North America and chairs the Global Research Board of Jones Lang LaSalle. Before LaSalle, Jacques was Director of Research at Baring Advisors. He taught portfolio management at New York University and was a research economist at the Urban Institute in Washington DC.

 

In 2000, he received the Graaskamp Award from the Pension Real Estate Association for his contribution to institutional investment research and strategy. He has a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Peter joined LaSalle in 1984. He oversees LaSalle’s private equity activities in Canada, Mexico and the United States. He also serves on LaSalle’s Global Management Committee and the North America Private Equity Investment and Allocation Committees.

 

Prior to joining LaSalle, Peter was a Banking Officer at Continental Illinois National Bank, working on private debt placements, interest rate swaps and related financial products. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA from Stanford University.

 

Simon is responsible for LaSalle’s Private Equity business in Continental Europe. Based in our Paris office, Simon oversees teams in Paris, Munich, Madrid and Luxembourg. He joined LaSalle in 2001 from Rodamco France where he was Managing Director.

 

Simon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Urban Land Administration from Portsmouth Polytechnic. He is also a former Board Member of the French National Council of Shopping Centres.

 

Philip joined LaSalle in August 2008, bringing more than 25 years of investment management experience both in the UK and Asia Pacific. He joined from Lend Lease where he headed up the Australian Investment Management business, leading a team of 70. Philip is responsible for developing and executing LaSalle’s strategy in Asia Pacific.

 

He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow and former President of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. He holds a BSc and MSc from the University of London.

 

Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz is based in London and has executive responsibility for the core investment accounts and funds business lines in the European region, as well as for the operations of the business. Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz sits on the Global Management Committee of LaSalle Investment Management.

 

Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz joined LaSalle Investment Management in March 2010. Prior to joining LaSalle, Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz held senior executive positions at MGPA, Macquarie Group and Lend Lease, in Australia, the US and Europe. Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz’s real estate experience spans fund and portfolio management in both the direct and indirect markets, fund development, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, research and business strategy. While at Macquarie Group in Sydney Ms.Lloyd-Hurwitz led the formation of several listed and unlisted funds that invested in China and the US, and as Executive Director in London took a lead role in Macquarie’s expansion into Europe. Her roles at Lend Lease included Fund Manager of the Australian listed REIT General Property Trust, and CEO of Rosen Consulting Group in California. While in the US with Lend Lease, Ms Lloyd-Hurwitz co-led a securities management business with Lend Lease’s joint venture partners, and launched and was the chair of a Mutual Fund that invested in REITS.

 

Ms. Lloyd-Hurwitz has 22 years’ experience in the real estate funds management industry. Susan has a BA (Hons) from the University of Sydney and an MBA (Dist) from INSEAD.

 

Stanley is a Managing Director of LaSalle Investment Management (Securities) with more than twenty years of real estate experience. He is a member of the U.S. Securities and Global Securities Advisory Committees as well as the Global Management Committee of LaSalle Investment Management. His responsibilities include portfolio management and overall group management.

 

Mr. Kraska’s experience at the Firm includes special situation and private placement investments, leading an investment program that invested opportunistically in real estate by re–capitalizing existing private real estate companies and public Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Prior to Mr. Kraska’s work in the Securities division, he worked as an investment professional of the firm investing in a wide variety of property types and markets. He joined the Firm in 1988.

 

Preceding joining Alex Brown Kleinwort Benson Realty Advisors 1988, which merged with LaSalle Partners in 1994, Mr. Kraska worked in the real estate department at First Boston Corporation located in New York City from 1986 to 1988. From 1982 to 1984, Mr. Kraska worked in the Bond department at T. Rowe Price Associates located in Baltimore, Maryland.

 

Mr. Kraska received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. Mr. Kraska is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
